Conduct

Codes of Conduct
Sherborne St John Football Club is committed to providing an environment in which youngsters can enjoy the game of football. The Club recognises that the behaviour and conduct of coaches, parents, spectators and the players themselves can have a high impact on this. Consequently, the Sherborne St John Football Club Codes of Conduct has been issued to advise those connected with the Club what is expected of them. Please take a few moments to read the document to see how it applies to your particular area of involvement within the Football Club or, if you are the parent or guardian of a younger player, explain to them what is expected of them as a player.

Child Welfare

Each of our coaches and managers has either taken, or is scheduled to take, the Hampshire FA Safeguarding Children Workshop and the Hampshire FA Emergency Aid Course. Coupled with this, the Club also has its own Child Welfare Officer who, having completed the Hampshire FA Child Welfare Officer Workshop, can provide specialist support to anyone connected with the Club. The Club's Child Welfare Policy is contained in the following documents. Once again, please take some time to familiarise yourself with these documents.
