Feedback from the Sherborne Funday 2011
Dear All,
I have a few comments on Sundays Fun Day. The Weather for once was kind to us, The Sun Shone which I think relaxed a lot of people
At one point I looked across where I could see Youngsters playing football and enjoying it, and the ones not playing football having a laugh, joking around and just enjoying themselves,
The bouncy Castle was full of little ones. Adults were sitting around chilling and chatting, I thought the day went along as smooth as possible.
I would like to thank again the people that donated the Raffle prizes and Tombola Prizes, with a Big Thank you to Fyffe's and FX for there Donations. The Managers that carried out the reffing, Heather arranging the football, the people on the Tombola stall, raffle, BBQ, and tea making. This is what makes this Club work everybody doing a bit!
I was a little bit disappointed that no one was there from the Under 15, but I wish them all the luck and success in there new challenges away from Sherborne St John Football Club. We can feel proud of what achievements they have gained for the Club over the years.
We must have done something right, Even Jon Doran enjoyed that !!
Once again Thank you to everybody involved, Please could you come back to me with your thoughts of the day, while it is fresh in your minds
Regards

Hi,
I thought the Fun day Organisation and timing was spot on this year. 6 pitches made All the Teams in the tournament almost restless some times.
10 minute-match with no sub (7 players on the pitch for U13-U14) made it very enjoyable for everybody. No one was waiting to come on.
Presentation with all trophies given all at once for one squad was quick and efficient and the Team Photo taken at the end is a good organisation.
It is a shame the microphone/speaker position does not allow you to stand in front of the stage for the presentation.
Crowd and players depleted as the presentation went along but I thought it was in the right order.
Thank you for a great day.
Regards

The under 10 s had a great day and as you said everyone was just playing football or chatting and having a great time.
I know our boys always look forward to the fun day and the weather was great.
